Christian Buchanan started swinging a bucket on his dad's farm in Bruner before he was old enough to drive. He spent his twenties running iron for bigger outfits across southern Missouri and Arkansas — pads, ponds, road work, you name it.

In 2014 he came home to Bruner and started Buchanan Dirtworks. The pitch was simple: owner-operated, on-time, no subcontractors getting passed your number, and dirt work done square the first time.

A decade later that's still the whole pitch. We've grown — more iron, a few more hands — but Christian still runs every job we book. If you hire us, you get him.
