What about the well or septic?

We can decommission an old well per state requirements and pump and crush an abandoned septic tank. Both are common when we tear down an old farmhouse.

Can you save the metal roofing?

Yes — we'll carefully strip and stack salvageable metal, lumber, or barn wood at your direction.

Do you provide fill dirt?

Yes. We sell and deliver fill dirt, topsoil, and gravel by the truckload across the area. Pricing depends on haul distance from our pit or supplier.

How fast for a typical barn?

A typical 30×40 wood barn is 1–2 days to demo and haul.

What about the foundation?

We can leave it, break it out, or bury it onsite if local rules allow. We talk through which option makes sense for your future use of the site.

Disconnect first
Power, water, gas — confirmed disconnected before we touch the structure.

Tear it down
Excavator with a thumb, controlled drop. Sort metal, wood, and trash as we go to keep dump fees down.

Haul and grade
Loaded into our trucks, hauled to the appropriate disposal site, and the pad is graded clean.

We don't perform asbestos abatement ourselves. If we suspect it, we pause, get a sample tested, and bring in a licensed abatement contractor. We pick back up after they clear it.
