The 10% bundle and the 10% military discount don't stack — you get the higher single discount, not both. Either way, it's 10% off.

Do you work with my builder's schedule?

Yes — we coordinate start dates with your GC so the pad is ready when concrete is. We've worked with most of the regional builders.

Can you handle the septic and utility trenching too?

Yes, those are quoted separately (utility trenching is its own service) but we can bid the whole package as one job. Many customers do exactly that.

How we do it

No mystery. No surprises.

Walkover with the builder
We meet you and your GC on the lot, look at access, drainage, and where the pad and drive will sit. We flag rock, springs, and grade issues that'll cost money downstream.

Clear the building envelope
Trees, brush, and stumps removed from the pad and drive corridor. Salvage any oak or walnut you want to keep.

Brush hog the rest
Remainder of the cleared area knocked down so your builder isn't fighting briars on day one.

Rough grade
Cut and fill the pad to within ±0.1 ft of plan. Build the rough drive so concrete and lumber trucks can get in.

Hand off clean
Pad staked, drive passable, drainage shaped. Your builder takes it from there with no surprises.
